About FrontierU We’re building the alternative to university for the top 2%: exceptional young students and founders (120+ IQ floor) who want to build their companies or study exactly what they want, at a fraction of traditional tuition. You report directly to the founder. You build marketing from zero. What you’ll do: • Fleshing out the marketing plan in more detail, setting up the agents for what can be automated and creating a content backlog. Launching the marketing when the platform is ready for use • Orchestrating guerilla marketing on college campuses • Procuring and or producing a consistent stream of marketing content (static and video, AI and/or real footage), including launch videos • Reviewing AI-generated newsletter drafts, improving the drafting system continuously and feeding it information • All social accounts set up and posting consistently. Automated drafting and posting, you’ll review the drafts and continuously improve the system • A launch campaign on X, IG and through media outlets Hard requirements: • AI poweruser. Pro agentic orchestrator. You automate workflows and ship 10x faster because of it. • Solid understanding of consumer psychology, virality drivers, marketing tactics and branding • AI for production. You build landing pages, edit websites, and produce social media templates with AI — no developer or designer in the loop. • Taste. You can tell good from bad, and you can make things that are actually cool or get freelancers to do so. • You’ve produced video content (real/AI) or hired freelancers. We’ll review samples — specify your exact role on each piece (scriptwriting, editing, producing, directing, etc.). You can outsource any part of the creation, but you’ll own the result and drive the processes. • Sense of humor • Native English speaking level Logistics • Remote is possible, but you’ll spend at least a few months a year on-site with the team. You can stay year-round there on a digital nomad visa, which we’ll arrange for you. • You’re comfortable shipping fast, owning outcomes, and working without a team underneath you. AI is your team, for the most part. Compensation Competitive base + meaningful equity. We’re hiring a co-builder, not an employee — your upside should reflect that. How to apply 1.
