Founding Marketer / Head of Growth

We’re looking for a fucking killer marketer. More than 200,000 researchers use AnswerThis. Net revenue grew 653% over the last year. We are still a small team, and we need someone to take responsibility for distribution. Your job is to get us to $10M ARR, then $100M. I do not have a list of campaigns for you to run. You should be the person telling us where attention is moving and what we should try before the channel gets crowded. You will run the experiments yourself, kill weak ideas quickly, and go hard when something works. You may be a good fit if you have made content go viral more than once, built an acquisition engine from scratch, or started a company and found that distribution was one of your strongest skills. You will own content, launches, partnerships, SEO, YouTube, communities, and whatever new channel you can prove. I care much more about what you have made than where you worked.
