Next Coach is building a global learning and mentorship ecosystem that connects learners, industry mentors, and institutions from worldwide through live learning, mentorship, and practical opportunities. We have built the foundation. Now, we are looking for an entrepreneurial leader who can help us expand beyond Nepal and build a strong international institutional network.

🌍 The Opportunity

Founding Partner – Global Expansion

This is not a traditional retainer role.

We are looking for someone who can become a key part of the Next Coach founding leadership team and take ownership of building our international presence, partnerships, and institutional growth.

🚀 Your Mission

You will help Next Coach:

🌍 Identify and enter high-potential international markets

🏫 Build partnerships with universities, colleges, schools, and educational institutions

🏢 Develop relationships with corporates, NGOs, training organizations, and workforce development partners

🤝 Create strategic alliances with governments, education networks, industry bodies, and ecosystem organizations

📈 Develop institutional acquisition and revenue strategies

🌐 Build country and region-level partnerships and distribution channels

💼 Open doors to decision-makers and convert relationships into long-term institutional partnerships

💰 Contribute to revenue growth, strategic alliances, and future fundraising opportunities

🚀 Eventually help build and lead Next Coach's international growth team

👤 Who We're Looking For

You may be a strong fit if you are:

• A founder, co-founder, senior business leader, or entrepreneurial operator

• Experienced in international expansion, market development, or building cross-border businesses

• Strong in B2B sales, institutional partnerships, and business development

• Connected with universities, colleges, schools, corporations, or institutional networks

• Experienced in EdTech, SaaS, education, workforce development, technology, or professional learning

• Comfortable opening doors, building relationships, negotiating partnerships, and closing institutional deals

• Able to operate independently across different markets, countries, and cultures

• Someone who wants to build and execute—not simply advise

Most importantly:

We are looking for someone who can bring relationships, opportunities, and institutional business—not just ideas.
