Founding Performance Marketing Manager | EU, Remote

TechTree's client is hiring a Founding Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale paid acquisition for a fast-growing Series A B2C platform expanding across international markets.

This is a high-ownership, hands-on role for a performance marketer who has built acquisition functions from scratch, scaled meaningful budgets, and personally operated Google Ads at a senior level.

What You'll Own

• Lead performance marketing end to end
• Build, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns hands-on
• Own B2C customer acquisition strategy and execution
• Scale paid budgets efficiently as the business expands
• Develop Meta as the next major acquisition channel
• Introduce additional channels such as TikTok where relevant
• Improve CAC, conversion, and overall acquisition efficiency
• Help evolve the marketing mix from performance-led growth toward broader brand investment
• Work directly with senior leadership on growth priorities and international expansion
  
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 5–8+ years in growth or performance marketing
• Deep, hands-on Google Ads expertise
• Strong B2C / direct-to-consumer experience
• Proven experience building performance marketing from scratch in a startup
• Track record of scaling paid media budgets from an early base toward significant spend
• Experience working directly inside a product or operating business rather than purely agency-side
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to operate independently
• Comfortable working UK hours

• PropTech, storage, moving, real estate, home services, or consumer marketplace experience
• Experience scaling into Meta and TikTok
• Experience supporting international market launches
