Founding Sales Development Representative

Location: Remote (United States) Work Model: Remote Industry: AI infrastructure / inference Compensation: $85K base, $140K OTE About the Company Our partner is an early-stage, venture-backed AI infrastructure company delivering some of the fastest inference available on open models for enterprise and serverless customers. The team is small and unusually dense, and demand is currently outpacing capacity. The Opportunity This is the first dedicated outbound seat on the team. Top-of-funnel work is a company priority today but sits with a founder who cannot give it the time it needs, so this hire takes it over outright rather than plugging into an existing machine. You will build the outbound motion from the ground up: the target lists, the sequences, the calling cadence and the qualification bar. You will work directly alongside the people making product and compute decisions, and you will see the results of your pipeline in the company's revenue almost immediately. Responsibilities Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation end to end Build and iterate outbound sequences, target lists and account plans from scratch Run high-volume outbound across calls and email against a clear meetings target Qualify inbound and outbound interest and hand off cleanly to the sales team Feed market and objection signal back into positioning and messaging Help stand up the tooling and process an outbound function needs Requirements Experience in a B2B SaaS SDR or BDR seat, ideally at an early-stage company Track record of hitting or exceeding meeting and pipeline targets Comfortable with high-volume outbound, including cold calling Able to build process rather than follow an existing playbook Strong written and verbal communication Willing to work onsite in San Francisco, at the pace an early-stage startup requires
