FP&A Analyst

Job Description The FP&A Analyst is part of the Global Capability Center (GCC) in Mexico City, supporting the Taste Elevation Finance Team based in Chicago. The FP&A Analyst contributes to core financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities including monthly reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking. Working under the guidance of FP&A Sr. Manager, the role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate finance within a global FMCG environment and to develop analytical and business partnering skills in a fast-paced and multinational setting. Primary Responsibilities • Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and performance dashboards for business review meetings; • Support forecasting and budgeting cycles by consolidating data inputs, updating models and validating accuracy; • Perform variance analysis vs. forecast, budget and last year; • Collaborate with other team members to gather financial and operational data from different systems and sources; • Maintain and enhance recurring reporting tools, templates and trackers using Excel and/or Power BI; • Ensure data quality and consistency across all reporting outputs; • Support simple ad-hoc financial analysis and requests from the Taste Elevation Finance Team in North America. Qualifications 1. Education • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field; 2.
