Your area of focus Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) acts as a financial advisor and trusted business partner to actively support decision-making throughout AutoCanada. The FP&A Analyst will play a pivotal role in financial analysis, business planning, and internal reporting. We are looking for a curious, hard-working, and driven problem-solver with a ‘let’s-get-it-done’ attitude, eager to develop alongside our growing FP&A team. What drives your day-to-day? Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure timely delivery to Executive team and stakeholders Monitor, analyze, and report on the company’s financial performance against management and industry KPIs and budget Utilize financial knowledge and business acumen to evaluate capital investment decisions, and synthesize findings into cohesive recommendations Contribute to performance analysis and preparation of board materials Identify process and cost optimization opportunities across the business Assist with ad hoc reporting, analysis, and cross-functional projects What Are The Must Haves… Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related field 2-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related analytical field Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint in a SharePoint environment Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-finance stakeholders Ability to work with various large datasets and experience in translating numerous data points into actionable and easy to understand insights The Perks.
