What's the Vibe?
Our founders started Creative Force with a single goal in mind: to build industry-leading software with really great people. As we've grown, we've stayed true to that vision. Our products are ushering in a new era of creative operations for some of the world's largest brands and retailers. And all along the way, hiring great people has remained a critical business priority.

See, we have this crazy idea that effective collaboration is THE skill of the future and critical to our success. We believe the best outcomes happen when talented, high-caliber people come together with a shared sense of purpose, trust each other, and push each other to grow. That's why we focus on hiring talented people who are also great to work with.

While our backgrounds are diverse, we all share a few important traits:
  • We love solving challenging problems.
  • We're passionate about the work we do.
  • And we're the kind of good humans who make you look forward to that morning coffee chat, who bring positive energy to every meeting, who go the extra mile to support one another, and who make work feel a little less like work.
Lots of job posts claim the same. We think you'll just notice the difference the first time we chat.

  • A collaborative international environment with colleagues across Europe and USA
  • A vibrant work culture grounded in the belief that we’re better together
  • Company trips and events, and much more!

What's the Role?

This is a new FP&A Analyst role with broad exposure across the business. You will build and maintain financial models, support forecasting and reporting, and work directly with department leaders to understand the drivers behind company performance.

We are looking for someone with approximately three to four years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, business controlling, financial analysis, or a similar area. You do not need to know everything already, but you do need a strong foundation, good judgement, and the motivation to grow into broader responsibility. Candidates from audit or transaction services may also be relevant if they have developed strong financial modelling and business analysis skills.

You will also become the internal owner of Abacum, our FP&A platform, helping ensure that it is used effectively and continues to support the company’s planning and reporting needs.
This is not a role for someone who wants to work in isolation or simply produce reports based on information handed to them. This is a hands-on, business-facing role for someone who wants to investigate, understand, model, and influence.

FP&A Analyst Self-Assessment
We know what makes a great FP&A Analyst at Creative Force. Here are four ways to tell if this could be you.

You build models and own the planning cycle
You are comfortable building structured financial models in FP&A tools, Excel or Google Sheets and using them to support forecasting, planning, and decision-making. You understand how to connect assumptions to business drivers, create scenarios, and model the potential impact of changes in revenue, costs, headcount, and other key areas without relying on hardcoded numbers.
You are also comfortable working with actuals, monthly reporting, variance analysis, and rolling forecasts. You see modelling as a practical way to help leadership understand what is happening, what could happen next, and which decisions they should consider.
You will own our long-range planning model — a quarterly three-year plan covering ARR, P&L, cash and the KPIs our owner reports on — building it from business drivers rather than hardcoded assumptions, and keeping it reconciled to actuals.

You understand the business behind the numbers
You are curious about how different departments operate and enjoy working with stakeholders to understand their plans, assumptions, and challenges. You can translate operational activity into financial impact, challenge assumptions constructively, and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
You know that financial analysis is not just about explaining whether results are above or below budget. You turn your findings into clear recommendations and can support management reporting and materials for senior leadership and our private equity ownership group.

You take ownership of data, systems, and processes
You do not wait for perfect information to be handed to you. When something does not reconcile, you investigate it, trace numbers back to their source, and work to understand and resolve the underlying issue.
You are interested in how data flows through a business and are comfortable working across different systems. You will take ownership of Abacum and collaborate with colleagues responsible for HubSpot, reporting tools, and other business systems. Experience with these platforms, SQL, or BI tools would be valuable, but we are primarily looking for someone who learns systems quickly and uses them in a structured way.
You are organised and dependable, and you follow your work through from the initial question to a clear conclusion, recommendation, or process improvement.
You will become the internal owner of Abacum, our FP&A platform. This means building and maintaining the models themselves: mapping data from HubSpot and other source systems, writing and debugging calculation logic, and extending the platform as our planning and reporting needs change.

You are curious, commercially minded, and ready to grow
You communicate clearly with people who do not work in Finance and are comfortable presenting findings, answering questions, and adapting your style to different stakeholders. You understand that a technically correct analysis is only useful if people understand it and know what to do with it.
You bring energy, curiosity, and a genuine interest in the business beyond the Finance function. You are comfortable working with ambiguity, taking responsibility, and moving things forward without waiting for someone else to define every next step.

Who Isn't This Role For?

A few things worth being upfront about.

If you are earlier in your career and have not yet developed a strong foundation in financial modelling, forecasting, or business analysis, this may not be the right fit right now. We genuinely hope you will consider future roles as you grow, but for this position we need someone who can take ownership of core FP&A responsibilities.

On location: we are particularly interested in candidates based in Holstebro, Aarhus, Horsens, Herning, or the surrounding areas who can work from the office regularly and be close to the leadership team and wider business. The role offers a hybrid working model, but regular in-person collaboration is an important part of the position.

And finally: things at Creative Force change. A lot. Our industry, our product, our customers — rapid evolution is part of the deal. Some people thrive on the pace, the ownership, and the constant learning. We're certainly those people. But if you're looking for a steady-state, highly structured environment, we're probably not the right fit.

If you're still not sure whether Creative Force is for you, have a look at our Career Page, where you can read more about what it's like working here.

We're looking forward to hearing from you. 💜
