Howmet Aerospace is searching for a FP&A & Compliance Manager to join our Howmet Wheel Systems (HWS) business unit in Cleveland, OH. Job Duties and Responsibilities : Month-end closing and forecasting activities for the Headquarters location Monthly and quarterly financial forecasting updates for the global business unit Quarterly Business Review and Monthly Forecast Presentation preparation, consolidation and review Prepare EBITDA bridges to explain Actual performance vs Forecast and Forecasts vs Prior Periods Publish monthly forecasting requirements to locations and consolidate/analyze forecast submissions Publish monthly dashboards targeting cost per wheel data for actuals and forecasts Provide analysis that supports the strategic/tactical decisions for Howmet Wheel Systems and improves its profitability and cash flow generation Manage compliance efforts for the business unit, ensuring that location’s monthly tasks are completed and audit performance is good and sustainable Coordinate communications & scheduling between Business Unit and Internal & External Auditors as well as Corporate Accounting Major Activities and Key Challenges Include: Consolidation of global operations requires consistent reporting tools and messaging Frequent presentation & conversation with Executive-level management Working accurately and efficiently with tight turnaround times on deliverables Certain times throughout the month-end and forecasting process can require long hours (primarily evenings) Basic Qualifications : Education, years of experience and citizenship requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Business, preferably concentration in Finance or Accounting 7-10 years of experience in Financial Analysis Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint Preferred Qualifications : Skills/ experience / knowledge that is preferential for this role MBA or CPA Compliance experience Oracle / Hyperion experience
