About the role
At Kraft Heinz, our Finance team plays a critical role in creating and protecting value through strategic insights, rigorous analysis, and process excellence. We are looking for a seasoned FP&A Lead to join our UKI Business Unit Finance Organization. This role is pivotal in shaping financial strategy, enabling business decisions, and driving performance visibility across the region.
The FP&A Lead will oversee strategic business planning, forecasting, and process optimization, ensuring data integrity and analytical accuracy across systems. Reporting into the Finance Director, this position manages two direct reports and a team of 5 people and key stakeholder to Leadership Team for the UKI BU and Zone.
Key Responsabilities:
- Lead UKI Business Unit financial planning, including Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Monthly Forecast Process and the Financial Month Closing.
- Partner with business leaders to translate strategy into actionable financial plans, supporting decision-making through robust modelling and deep insights.
- Drive process optimization and leverage technology for greater data accuracy and visibility, ensuring adoption of Single Source of Truth (SST) practices.
- Manage and mentor the FP&A Commercial and ZBB teams to deliver accurate and timely reporting, analysis, and system-driven efficiencies.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and finance policies, while contributing to the transformation of finance processes through digital tools.
- Collaborate on initiatives related to Zero-Based Budgeting, Price-Volume-Mix (PVM) analysis, and cost-benefit evaluations.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in Financial Planning & Analysis within a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership experience with direct people management.
- Advanced technical proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.
- Exceptional communication and business partnering skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver results with agility and precision.

- 6+ years’ finance roles experience
- Strong strategic and commercial mindset
- Ability to influence and operate credibly with senior leaders
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems and turn imperfect data into clear, actionable recommendations
- Highly analytical; comfortable working with large and messy datasets
- Experience conducting stakeholder interviews and synthesising insights
- Collaborative working style , strong interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum)
