FP&A Manager (long-term contract)

• Location: Tokyo (offers hybrid working style with nearly full-remote conditions)

Responsibilities:

• Standalone FP&A: P&L reporting, responding to global finance leadership
• Work closely with FP&A Director and CFO to consolidate data, prepare presentation materials, etc.
• Lead budget process and support accounting team

Requirements:

• 10+ years experience in FP&A at global companies
• Fluent Japanese and business-level English
• Must have legal right to work in Japan and reside in Japan
