Work Arrangement: This role is categorized as hybrid on day shift . This means the successful candidate is expected to report to GM Philippines office three times per week or other frequency dictated by the business. The Role Serve as a strategic business finance partner delivering timely and relevant financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting that drive informed business decisions. Provide analysis, insights and data-driven recommendations that support business goals while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. Demonstrates curiosity and initiates continuous process improvement and maintain a proactive and collaborative behavior in the workplace. What You'll Do Demonstrate deep functional knowledge, had breadth of experiences to work autonomously on complex business issues, may assist Leadership with strategy development Proactively analyze business results (vs. forecast, budget and prior year) to identify trends, risks and optimize business results. Able to address financial discrepancies and forecasting issues by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
