Contract type : Permanent Number of positions available : 1 Desired start date: As soon as possible Salary: Between €60,000 and €70,000 gross annually Location: Montbonnot-Saint-Martin (38) The Program Manager ensures that the scope is delivered on time by keeping customers and stakeholders aligned throughout the project lifecycle. The Program Manager is a key role that bridges strategy and execution excellence, allowing the Product Manager to focus on vision, strategy and the Product Owner on requirements. Key Responsibilities: Establish and follow a comprehensive program plan, including risks, constraints and communication, to ensure the project is executed within the allocated time and budget. Drive project governance, including planning, milestones, status reporting, and steering meetings. Define and keep the program schedule up to date. Coordinate and align cross-functional teams within the company (Product Management, Product Owners, R&D, Sales, operation), but also across Sandvik Intelligent Manufacturing business area. Support the coordination of the customer projects and pilots, ensuring alignment on scope, deliverables, timelines, and expectations. Manage and transparently communicate risks, dependencies, and issue resolution. Support the definition of scope changes and change requests together with Product Managers and Product Owners. Communicate changes to stakeholders. Coordinate release and deployment readiness for customers and internal teams. Ensure alignment with customer project and technical requirements. Track delivery KPIs and program health, providing transparency and escalation when needed. Coordinate the activities of various departments to support the product launch. Required Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in program or project management, ideally in a software, technology, or industrial manufacturing environment. Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional programs on time and within budget. Experience coordinating customer-facing projects and pilots. Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks and working alongside Product Managers and Product Owners. Project or program management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe) is an advantage. Skills & Competencies: Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, able to align both technical and business audiences. Excellent organizational and planning abilities with keen attention to detail. Proactive risk, dependency, and issue management. Ability to lead without direct authority across cross-functional and geographically distributed teams. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
