Portfolio Career Opportunity | London & Surrounding Areas
Join our growing team of highly experienced fractional directors and build a sustainable portfolio career, whilst being part of a supportive and friendly network.
We're looking for technology leaders with 15+ years' experience in software engineering, product development or technology leadership, including significant experience building, developing and scaling commercial software products or platforms.
You'll have experience leading engineering teams, developing technology strategies and working closely with founders or senior leadership teams.
To be successful, you'll need a great deal of EQ, as well as technical expertise. You'll be able to build relationships with CEOs, MDs and Founders quickly, understand their commercial challenges and translate technology into practical business solutions.
You'll be a team player, keen to learn from and help others.
The roles are self-employed, ensuring that you keep full control of your work/life balance. Incomes in excess of £150,000 p.a. are achievable, depending on your portfolio of clients.
We provide our services through a hybrid model of in-person and virtual working, with opportunities to support clients across London and the wider UK.
