Role

We're looking for an experienced sales leader to drive our Malaysia expansion through school partnerships. This is a flexible, fractional (part-time) leadership role, ideal for senior professionals seeking outcome-based ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with schools and school groups
• Develop channel, publisher, and ecosystem partnerships
• Drive B2B sales and market expansion

Compensation & Upside

• 50% revenue share on deals you close or help us in closing (avg ticket size INR 5-6 LPA per school)
• Opportunity to transition into a full-time Sales Leadership role with Fixed Pay + Incentives + ESOPs, after 3 months
• Unlimited upside with full freedom to scale via direct sales or channel partnerships

Location: Remote (Work from Home but shall be willing to travel locally as per requirement.)
