This is a remote position.

We're seeing growing demand from clients — local and UK — for senior fractional talent in advertising, marketing, and media. Rather than scrambling when the brief lands, we're quietly curating a select bench of the right people in advance. Real briefs, real budgets, real accountability.
This isn't a volume search. We'd rather wait months for the right person than fill a seat with the wrong one. If you've got a genuine fractional track record, strong references, and results to back it up — we want to talk.
What you'll be doing
Working on a fractional basis with local and UK clients across advertising, marketing, and media — scoped by engagement, not a fixed weekly grind. Some briefs will be short and sharp, others longer-term. All of it real work, for real clients, with real budgets.
What we're looking for
A genuine track record in fractional or interim roles — not just freelance generalist work
Senior-level expertise in advertising, marketing, or media
Strong references and measurable results you can point to
Comfortable working independently and remotely, with minimal oversight
