Role Description The France Online Language School Franchise Partnership is a remote, contract role focused on establishing and growing Lingua Learn’s presence in the French market. Day-to-day activities include conducting local market research, identifying potential client segments, and promoting Lingua Learn’s online language and training services. The partner will manage the local franchise operations, oversee marketing and sales activities, coordinate with the Global Franchise Support Team, and ensure smooth delivery of online courses through the provided systems and teacher network. Responsibilities also include building relationships with corporate and individual clients, monitoring performance metrics, and continuously refining strategies to expand market share and revenue. The role requires proactive engagement in business development, operational oversight, and adherence to Lingua Learn’s brand standards and quality guidelines.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills for client outreach, partnership building, and clear professional correspondence.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Research abilities to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and guide strategic decision-making.
• Candidates should possess Training and coaching capabilities to support staff onboarding, teacher liaison, and quality assurance in service delivery.
• Experience in franchise management, education services, or language training is highly beneficial.
• Proven background in sales, marketing, or business development, ideally within the French market.
• Comfort with digital tools, CRM platforms, and remote collaboration environments.
• Fluency in French and strong English proficiency; additional languages are an advantage.
