Role Description This is a remote, contract role for a France Online Language School Franchise Partnership. The franchise partner will be responsible for establishing and managing a virtual language school in France, using Lingua Learn’s products, services, and operational frameworks. Day-to-day activities include overseeing online language course delivery, coordinating instructors, and ensuring high-quality learning experiences for individual and corporate clients. The role involves local market development, including identifying client needs, implementing marketing initiatives, and building strategic relationships with organizations and institutions. The franchise partner will collaborate with Lingua Learn’s central team to follow brand standards, participate in training, and apply performance data to improve operations and grow the franchise.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Writing skills to engage learners, negotiate with partners, and represent the brand professionally.
• Solid Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to understand the local market, evaluate performance metrics, and identify growth opportunities.
• Experience in Training, coaching, or educational program delivery to support instructors and ensure consistent teaching standards.
• Background in education, language services, or online learning, with familiarity in managing virtual operations and digital tools.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, business development experience, and the ability to manage budgets, resources, and local marketing activities.
• Proficiency in French and English, and the ability to work independently in a remote, contract-based environment.
