Role Description The France Online Language School Franchise Partnership role is a remote, contract opportunity for an individual or business entity to develop and manage Lingua Learn’s presence in France. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing local market development, adapting and promoting Lingua Learn’s online language offerings to French public and corporate clients, and managing the franchise’s e-commerce and CRM tools. The partner will coordinate with Lingua Learn’s Global Franchise Support Team on HR, sales, marketing, administration, and academic operations, ensuring consistent service quality and brand representation. Typical tasks involve local marketing campaigns, client acquisition and relationship management, scheduling and supporting training delivery, and monitoring performance metrics to drive growth. The franchise partner is expected to build and lead a small local team over time, while maintaining close communication with Lingua Learn’s global network.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Writing skills to engage clients, present proposals, and represent the Lingua Learn brand effectively in French and English.
• Solid Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and refine local strategies based on data.
• Experience in Training, education management, or learning and development, with the ability to support quality delivery of online language programs.
• Background in business development, sales, or franchise management, ideally within education, e-learning, or services sectors.
• Proficiency with online platforms, e-commerce tools, and CRM systems, and comfort working in a fully remote environment.
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset, self-direction, and capacity to build and manage a small team.
• Understanding of the French market and regulatory environment; prior experience working with corporate clients in France is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, education, languages, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
