The Franchise Operations Consultant serves as a trusted business partner to franchise organizations, driving operational excellence, strengthening brand standards, and building leadership capability. Through strategic guidance, coaching, and operational expertise, this role improves restaurant performance, enhances the guest experience, and delivers sustainable growth across the franchise portfolio.

  • Serve as the primary business partner for an assigned portfolio of franchise organizations, driving operational excellence, brand compliance, and sustainable business growth.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), annual planning, and action planning processes to align priorities, improve performance, and drive accountability.
  • Influence franchise owners, operating partners, and Area Restaurant Leaders (ARLs) to strengthen operational execution, leadership capability, and business results.
  • Build franchise and restaurant capability through consulting, training, mentoring, and the sharing of best practices, tools, and systems.
  • Drive achievement of brand standards, guest experience expectations, and key operational and financial performance metrics.
  • Partner cross-functionally to successfully implement strategic initiatives, new restaurant openings, digital capabilities, and system-wide operational programs.
  • Leverage business insights, operational assessments, and performance data to identify opportunities, solve complex business challenges, and accelerate growth.
  • Maintain significant field presence, requiring up to 75% travel, to support franchise organizations through in-restaurant engagement, relationship management, and business performance consulting.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred with 8 years of multi-unit restaurant, franchise, retail, hospitality, or operations leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated business and operational acumen, including P&L management, strategic planning, and performance improvement.
  • Experience analyzing labor, food cost, and operational metrics to drive business results and operational excellence.
  • Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and collaborate effectively across all levels of an organization.
  • Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and change leadership skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range: $110,500 to $129,900 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
