We are hiring a Fraud and Risk manager to lead strategy and execution across all these domains. You are familiar with the risk landscape for fintechs, you can spot problems before they arise, and you can design and implement the very solutions that protect us against them. At First Circle, you will work closely with product, engineering, operations, legal and compliance, and executive leadership to build a highly resilient business — while supporting our continued growth. First Circle is changing financial services for small businesses in the Philippines. The sky is the limit for someone who wants to get stuck in and make a difference. Responsibilities Fraud: Own the end-to-end fraud strategy including detection, investigation, and recovery. Oversee transaction monitoring, ATO prevention, and fraud modes relevant to the Philippine market (e.g. SIM swaps, document fraud, mule accounts). Risk Management: Work closely with compliance and internal audit to identify and understand our biggest risks. Partner with product, engineering and operations teams to implement solutions to protect against those risks. Where relevant you will also work closely with our engineering head of cybersecurity on data privacy and security. The role will be located in the Philippines and will report to Executive Leadership. Relocation and sponsorship will be considered.
