- You have experience in program management, operations, process management, Fraud, Trust & Safety, or a comparable role where you have coordinated complex initiatives across multiple teams.
- You are highly organized and comfortable bringing structure to ambiguity, turning priorities into clear plans and ensuring actions and dependencies are followed through to completion.
- You have strong process thinking and experience creating or improving operational documentation, standards, and repeatable ways of working.
- You build trusted relationships across different functions and can confidently translate operational needs into clear requirements for technical, product, and business stakeholders.
- You communicate fluently in German and English, both written and spoken, and are comfortable working in a fast-changing operational environment.
- Coordinate Fraud initiatives from planning through implementation, ensuring responsibilities, dependencies, decisions, and next steps are clear and followed through.

- Own and continuously improve Fraud operational documentation, including SOPs, playbooks, process maps, and working instructions, keeping them aligned with evolving workflows, tools, and fraud patterns.
- Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and unclear ownership and turn them into scalable, repeatable ways of working across internal teams and external partners.
- Act as a central point of coordination across Fraud, Product, Engineering, Customer Service, Analytics, and vendors, translating operational needs into clear and actionable requirements.
- Support operational readiness for launches, incidents, new controls, tooling, and process changes, ensuring teams have the information and structure needed for successful implementation.
- Partner with subject matter experts to translate Fraud expertise into effective training, guidance, and calibration routines that support consistent execution and quality across teams.
