Freedom Agency, powered by Estetik International, is expanding its international network and looking for experienced, ambitious and well-connected Freedom Agents to join our global sales network.

This is an opportunity for professionals who understand the medical tourism and aesthetic healthcare industry and have the ability to connect patients with trusted medical providers in Türkiye.

If you have experience in plastic surgery, hair transplantation, dental treatments or medical aesthetics, and you have a strong network or access to potential patients in your market, we would like to hear from you.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Freedom Agent, your primary responsibility is to generate and refer international patients interested in medical and aesthetic treatments in Türkiye.

You will operate independently in your own market while working closely with our team.

Access to company-provided patient leads

From patient acquisition to treatment coordination, our professional team supports the process and ensures that patients receive a high-quality experience.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and connect with potential international patients interested in medical tourism.
• Generate qualified patient leads through your personal network, professional contacts and local market presence.
• Promote and represent our medical tourism services professionally.
• Introduce patients to suitable treatment options, including:
• Plastic & Aesthetic Surgery
• Hair Transplantation
• Dental Treatments
• Medical Aesthetics
• Communicate with potential patients and understand their needs and expectations.
• Maintain professional communication throughout the sales and referral process.
• Follow up with leads and support the conversion process.
• Coordinate with our internal sales and patient management teams.
• Build and maintain a long-term patient referral network.
• Develop new markets and identify new opportunities for patient acquisition.
• Contribute to increasing patient volume and overall international sales.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for individuals who:

• Have previous experience in medical tourism, healthcare, aesthetics or international sales.
• Understand the medical tourism industry and international patient journey.
• Have knowledge of at least one of the following fields:
• Plastic Surgery
• Hair Transplantation
• Dental Treatments
• Medical Aesthetics
• Have an established network, strong professional connections or access to potential patients.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Are confident, persuasive and commercially minded.
• Are highly motivated and results-oriented.
• Can work independently and manage their own market.
• Have a strong sense of responsibility and follow-up skills.
• Are comfortable working remotely and independently.
• Have good English communication skills.
• Additional languages are a strong advantage, especially those relevant to international target markets.
