The Role
This is a flexible, remote advisory role. You set your own schedule and work with clients through messaging, calls, and consultations, sharing the knowledge you've already built up over the years. You'll help people get clear on what they actually need, share relevant experience, walk them through next steps, and point them toward resources they can trust. Professionalism, confidentiality, and responsiveness matter here.
What We're Looking For
Strong written and verbal communication.
Real experience advising, coaching, or consulting in one or more of:
Good research and critical thinking, so your recommendations hold up.
Comfortable using everyday digital tools like scheduling apps, messaging, and video calls.
Empathy and good listening skills. People need to feel heard, not lectured.
Self-motivated and able to manage your own time remotely.
Relevant certification or education is a bonus.
Background in coaching, counseling, or customer support is a bonus.
