Freelance AI Motion Designer

About the role We're looking for a freelance motion designer to create marketing creatives for our AI-powered products and games. Work is organized by concepts: one concept = 5–10 videos of the same type (variations for different channels, formats, and hypotheses). Fixed payment per concept. We provide access to AI generation tools. What you'll do Develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns. Generate graphics and video using AI tools. Assemble and animate final videos, add effects and overlays. Adapt creatives to the requirements of different platforms and formats. Work closely with the Marketing Creatives Producer and UA Manager. What we expect 2+ years in motion design, full cycle — from idea to final video. Hands-on experience with AI tools (Kling, Seedance, Nano Banana, Runway, Midjourney, Ideogram, Stable Diffusion, etc.). Basic knowledge of After Effects, Figma, Illustrator. Understanding of performance marketing and how creatives drive campaign results. Ability to test multiple hypotheses in parallel and meet deadlines. Terms Fully remote, flexible schedule within concept deadlines. Paid per concept; scope and timeline agreed before the start. Strong results lead to a steady flow of concepts.
