You will also work closely with our Sales & Engineering team 📍Location This is a hybrid role: the reference office is in Milan and we would love to see your face around our office corridor when possible 😉 👨‍💻 What You’ll Do Planning, coordination, and management of requests related to bookings, including but not limited to flights, trains, hotels, and transfers; Liaising with the Company’s suppliers for booking management activities; Supporting the “Event Excellence” team in event organization activities. 👀 What We’re Looking For at least 1/3 years of experience in the event management already working as freelance part-time availability previous experience handling organizational secretarial tasks is preferable team player & problem solver good communication and negotiation skills and good project management skills fluent both in English and Italian (at least B2) good knowledge of Excel & Power Point 🎁 What you get Helping you succeed is our number one priority.
