Job Description This is a remote position. FREELANCE CONCEPTUAL ART DIRECTOR – TTL Working model: Remote Budget: R75,690 per month, pro rata where applicable Engagement: Freelance We are looking for an experienced Conceptual Art Director with strong TTL agency experience to join a creative team on a freelance basis. Responsibilities Develop strong, original concepts across integrated and full-funnel campaigns Translate creative strategies into compelling visual ideas Work closely with copywriters, designers, strategists and client service teams Create and present concepts across digital, social, print, outdoor, activation and other campaign channels Guide the visual direction of campaigns from concept through execution Ensure all work is strategically relevant, visually strong and aligned with the brand Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment Requirements Proven experience as a Conceptual Art Director within an advertising agency Strong TTL and integrated campaign experience A portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking across multiple channels Experience working on recognised brands and campaigns Strong presentation and communication skills Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Working knowledge of Figma is advantageous Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with a broader creative team Based in Cape Town or Johannesburg and available to work in a hybrid model A current portfolio link must be included on your CV.
