Freelance Construction Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist | Commission-Based

Staffona is a growing HR outsourcing and recruitment company supporting businesses across multiple industries and major project environments.

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Construction Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our recruitment projects across construction, engineering, infrastructure, and related technical disciplines.

This is a commission-based freelance opportunity for recruiters who can independently source and deliver qualified construction professionals.

About the Role

You will work with Staffona's recruitment team on active hiring requirements, particularly for senior and specialist positions across major construction and infrastructure projects.

The role requires someone who understands construction job profiles, knows where to find relevant candidates, and can move quickly from sourcing to qualified submission.

Key Responsibilities

• Source construction and engineering professionals through LinkedIn, job boards, networks, and other channels
• Recruit for engineering, commercial, contracts, planning, cost control, QS, project management, and related positions
• Screen and shortlist candidates against specific requirements
• Maintain candidate pipelines and talent pools
• Coordinate candidate communication and interview processes
• Provide regular sourcing updates
• Deliver qualified candidates within agreed timelines

Requirements

• Proven recruitment / talent acquisition experience
• Construction, engineering, infrastructure, or project recruitment experience
• Previous freelance recruitment experience
• Strong sourcing and screening skills
• Experience using LinkedIn and recruitment platforms
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
• Strong ownership and responsiveness

Preferred Background

• Recruitment agency or HR outsourcing experience
• PMC / consultant / contractor recruitment exposure
• Experience recruiting senior construction professionals
• Existing network of construction and engineering candidates in Egypt
• Experience with major infrastructure, marine, airport, or mixed-use projects
