Requirements Education & Certification: A Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or English Literature, OR a valid teaching certification (such as CELTA, TEFL, or TESOL). Language Proficiency: Exceptional spoken and written English, with native or near-native fluency and a clear North American accent (American/Canadian pronunciation). Professional Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in corporate English teaching, business language training, or professional coaching. Methodology Expertise: Deep understanding of current trends, modern frameworks, and best practices in adult language acquisition and communicative teaching methodologies.
