Position Overview Language Pair: Thai into English Domain: Marketing, Entertainment, and Creative Content Experience: 3+ years of translation and creative transcreation experience Location: 100% Remote – work from anywhere Employment Type: Freelance / Independent Contractor Responsibilities Deliver high-quality transcreation, translation, and cultural adaptation for marketing, entertainment, and multimedia creative content from Thai into English. Work collaboratively with internal and linguistic teams to ensure high quality output across various platforms. Conduct deep cultural and market research to ensure copy avoids literal translation pitfalls and perfectly captures brand tone, humor, and nuances. Review, proofread, and provide constructive feedback on Indonesian-to-English marketing copy to optimize campaign performance. Bachelor’s degree in Translation, Marketing, Linguistics, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent commercial experience). Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience specifically in marketing translation and creative transcreation . Native-level fluency in English (US) . A proven track record of adapting tone, style, and voice across diverse brand guidelines and multimedia formats. Creativity and an eye for detail, capable of creating compelling and persuasive content. Familiarity with modern CAT tools and localization workflows, backed by exceptional communication and remote collaboration skills.
