  • Specialist role embedded with editorial to help expand digital content distribution across organic search, AI engines, referral platforms, aggregators, Reddit/community surfaces, and partner ecosystems.
  • Core responsibilities would include
    • Support editorial teams in making content more discoverable from planning through publication, including live blogs, content calendars, evergreen packages, explainers, and event-based coverage around audience demand and emerging discovery opportunities.
    • Helping writers and editors apply SEO/GEO, Reddit, and third-party platform best practices around story framing, headlines, internal linking, content packaging, and recurring editorial playbooks.
    • Support new and emerging distribution vehicles for written and video content to prioritize future-proofing our digital properties in the evolving digital landscape
    • Increasing visibility around priority sports, tentpole events, streaming coverage, and digital rights where editorial discovery can support audience awareness, referral traffic, and downstream engagement to Peacock.
    • Monitor trends across Google, AI search experiences, LLMs, Reddit, and other third-party discovery surfaces, translating insights into practical editorial recommendations.
  • At least 2+ years of professional experience working in a similar capacity
  • Experience in digital content distribution across organic search, AI engines, referral platforms, aggregators, Reddit/community surfaces
