About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and well-connected Freelance HR Executive to support our recruitment and talent acquisition activities. The ideal candidate should have a strong professional presence on LinkedIn, an established network, and the ability to source and engage relevant candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify potential candidates through LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
• Utilize your LinkedIn network and professional connections for candidate sourcing.
• Post and promote job opportunities to attract relevant candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and shortlisting.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment records.
• Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Support headhunting and targeted recruitment for different positions.
• Provide regular updates on sourcing progress and candidate responses.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in HR, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Headhunting.
• 2,000–3,000+ LinkedIn followers with an active and professionally maintained profile.
• Verified LinkedIn profile with genuine professional activity and connections.
• Strong LinkedIn sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage recruitment assignments remotely.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or advanced LinkedIn search is a plus.
