What You Will Do?

• Proactively source and engage IT professionals across Belgium and Europe
• Screen and assess candidate suitability for various tech roles (Dev, Infra, Data, etc.)
• Build and maintain a quality-driven talent network
• Collaborate closely with delivery teams to understand hiring needs
• Keep up-to-date with tech trends to speak the language of your candidates

What You Bring?

• 1+ year experience in recruitment (IT sector is a strong plus)
• Proven track record in candidate sourcing (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset: autonomous, self-motivated, goal-oriented
• Fluency in English
