We’re looking for a Freelance Sales Representative to work with GLINT on a commission-based basis.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with prospective and existing clients.
• Customer Service skills to support clients throughout the sales cycle and maintain long-term relationships.
• Sales skills, with the ability to prospect, present, negotiate, and close deals effectively.
• Sales & Marketing skills to position GLINT’s branding and digital services and identify opportunities in target markets.
• Ability to deliver Training or product walkthroughs to clients on GLINT’s services when needed.
• Previous experience in freelance, agency, or B2B sales, ideally in marketing, advertising, or creative services.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Basic understanding of branding, social media marketing, and digital creative services is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, lead generation platforms, and online communication tools is a plus.
• No specific degree required; demonstrated success in sales or client development is strongly valued.
