Freelance Paid Advaertsing Strategist

Part-time | 10–15 hours per week | Remote | Ireland-based | Immediate start

Glow Up Marketing is looking for an experienced freelance Paid Ads Strategist to join our team on a part-time basis, with an immediate start.

We specialise in helping beauty salons, skin, laser and aesthetic clinics attract new clients and turn enquiries into bookings. We work with businesses across Ireland and Australia, combining paid advertising, content and lead-nurture strategies to support their growth.

We’re looking for someone who can confidently manage multiple client accounts, take ownership of campaign performance and bring fresh ideas to the team.

This is a freelance contractor opportunity for 10–15 hours per week, with flexible working hours. You’ll work remotely alongside our account manager, creative team and web development team.

You must be based in Ireland and available for scheduled client meetings and team calls.

• Plan, set up, manage and optimise Meta and Google Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts.
• Develop lead-generation and e-commerce strategies aligned with each client’s goals and budget.
• Monitor campaign performance, manage budgets and test audiences, creative, copy and campaign structure.
• Track results beyond enquiries, including lead quality, bookings and return on ad spend where data is available.
• Prepare clear performance reports with practical recommendations and next steps.
• Collaborate with our creative team to brief ad content and identify new angles to test.
• Work with our web development team to improve landing pages and conversion rates.
• Prepare for and participate in monthly client strategy meetings alongside the account manager.
• Maintain accurate conversion tracking and troubleshoot campaign or tracking issues.
• Stay informed about platform updates and relevant advertising trends.

• At least 2–3 years’ hands-on experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns for multiple clients.
• Proven experience delivering lead-generation campaigns, ideally for service-based businesses.
• Strong knowledge of campaign setup, optimisation, conversion tracking, bidding strategies and A/B testing.
• Confidence analysing data and translating it into clear decisions and recommendations.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Clear communication skills and confidence discussing campaign performance with clients.
• The ability to work independently, use your initiative and flag issues early.
• A relevant digital marketing qualification or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in the beauty, skin, laser or aesthetics industry would be an advantage.
