We are looking for experienced Freelance Recruiters to join our Registered Recruitment Partner Program and work on exciting hiring opportunities with competitive placement rewards. Key Responsibilities Source qualified candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and professional networks. Screen candidates based on job requirements. Conduct initial recruiter screening calls. Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate engagement. Submit qualified candidates through the Sadient Partner Portal. Maintain professionalism throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Build long-term relationships with candidates and the Sadient recruitment team. Requirements Experience in IT, Non-IT, Engineering, Healthcare, Finance, Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, Logistics, or Executive hiring. Strong sourcing and screening skills. Excellent communication and coordination abilities. Ability to work independently. Familiarity with LinkedIn, Boolean Search, job portals, and sourcing tools.
