As we continue to grow, we're expanding our recruiter network and are looking for an experienced Freelance Recruiter with expertise in the iGaming and Betting industry. 💼 About the Role As a Freelance Recruiter , you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for specialist positions within the iGaming and Betting sector. You'll work closely with international clients , identify and engage top talent , and deliver an outstanding recruitment experience from initial briefing through to successful placement . This opportunity offers flexibility and autonomy , making it well-suited to experienced recruiters looking to work on exciting international projects while managing their own schedule. 🔍 Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle , from client briefing to successful placement; Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment market insights ; Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and other sourcing channels ; Conduct candidate interviews to assess experience, motivation, and cultural fit; Present shortlisted candidates with structured recommendations and interview feedback; Coordinate interview processes and maintain clear communication with clients and candidates; Build and maintain talent pipelines across the iGaming and Betting market; Monitor industry trends, talent movements, and competitor activity; Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). 🎓 Requirements Previous recruitment experience within the iGaming and/or Betting industry; Strong headhunting and direct sourcing capabilities; An established professional network within the iGaming market is highly desirable; Experience managing multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously ; Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; Ability to work independently and take ownership of recruitment projects; Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) ; Fluent English , both written and spoken. 🤝 Key Competencies Relationship building and networking; Proactive sourcing mindset; Strong organizational and time management skills; Consultative communication style; Attention to detail; Ownership and accountability; Adaptability and problem-solving. ✨ What we offer Flexible collaboration model tailored to your availability; Opportunity to work with international clients across the iGaming and Betting industry ; Access to LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and other professional recruitment tools ; A collaborative and supportive team environment ; The opportunity to manage recruitment projects independently , with ongoing support when needed; Exposure to challenging and high-impact recruitment assignments ; Generous performance-based remuneration built around successful placements and the agreed collaboration model.
