We are looking for an experienced SAP Warranty Claims Consultant to support our client project with strong expertise in SAP Warranty, SAP SD, SAP CS / Service Management, and claims processing workflows.

🔹 Responsibilities:

• Lead and support SAP warranty claims processes

• Analyze business requirements related to warranty & claims

• Configure and enhance SAP warranty-related processes

• Support warranty claim creation, validation, adjudication & settlement

• Work with OEM, dealer, customer, and supplier warranty workflows

• Coordinate with SAP SD, CS, and FI/CO teams for end-to-end delivery

• Support warranty cost recovery, credit memo, and financial postings

🔹 Req uired Experience:

✅ Strong SAP Warranty Claims process knowledge

✅ Warranty configuration experience

✅ Warranty types: Standard, Extended, Third-party

✅ Warranty counters: Time-based, Usage-based, Mileage-based

✅ Warranty determination logic & coverage parameters

✅ SAP SD warranty configuration:

• Item categories
• Pricing procedures
• Condition types
• Output determination
• Credit memo processing

✅ SAP CS / Service Management:

• Service notifications
• Service orders
• Equipment / Functional Location
• Warranty objects

⭐ Preferred Experience:

• Automotive / Heavy Equipment OEM experience

• VIN-based warranty processing

• Dealer warranty claim submission & settlement

• SAP S/4HANA Service Management experience
