About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Freelance Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us generate new business opportunities across the GCC.
This is a true outbound sales role focused on new client acquisition.
Your primary responsibility will be to proactively identify potential clients, conduct outbound outreach through cold calling, LinkedIn and email, qualify prospects and book discovery meetings with decision-makers.
Your Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients across the GCC.
- Generate qualified sales opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email outreach and networking.
- Engage HR leaders, C-level executives and senior decision-makers.
- Qualify prospects and identify business opportunities.
- Book qualified discovery meetings.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Achieve agreed outreach and meeting targets.
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in outbound B2B sales, sales development or business development.
- Proven success in cold calling, prospecting and new customer acquisition.
- Comfortable initiating conversations with senior decision-makers.
- Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive and results-driven.
- Experience selling consulting, HR solutions, AI, digital transformation or other professional services is a strong advantage.
- Existing GCC network is a plus.
- Fluent English is required. Arabic is an advantage.
