Freelance Talent Acquisition / Sourcer / Recruiter – Commission per Candidate sourced + Commission on Hiring

We are looking for freelance Talent Sourcers / Recruiters to support our hiring projects.

All levels are welcome: senior, junior, or beginners.

Open to use AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Grok, or similar) in your daily work.

This opportunity can be done part-time alongside your existing activity or as a more substantial freelance collaboration, depending on your availability.

Important information

• This is a freelance collaboration (self-employed / B2B).
• It can be full-time or part-time to increase your monthly income.
• Payment is commission only, bonus for each candidates hired
• Bonus for each candidates hired : from 2900€ to 10 000€

• Your task is to contact candidates (LinkedIn or other platforms) and schedule a call with us.
• You do not need to conduct interviews.
• You can work at any time and manage your own schedule.
• Strong performers can receive priority access to new assignments and higher commission opportunities

Your role

• Identify and approach candidates in the Space & Defence sector
• Source technical profiles such as: Mechanical Engineers, Systems Engineers, AIT / AIV Engineers, Electronics / RF Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers
• Send us qualified and interested candidates by email or calendar meeting
• Keep clear communication about candidate status
• You do not need to perform Interviews

Requirements

• Ability to work independently as a freelancer
• Experience with LinkedIn, sourcing tools and Boolean search
• Experience with AI tools
• Interest or experience in Aerospace, Space, Defence, or Industrial sectors is a strong plus
