About Bee Influence
Bee Influence is a specialist talent and marketing agency doing it for the community, culture and climate. We represent leading voices across climate, sustainability, nature, social justice and culture. We work with campaigners, authors, creatives and thought leaders to create meaningful partnerships that drive impact.
Our work goes far beyond traditional influencer campaigns. We work across speaking engagements, consultancy projects, media appearances, book launches, podcasts, advisory positions, workshops and strategic partnerships with organisations and brands whose values align with those of our talent.
We're looking for an experienced Talent Manager who understands that success isn't measured solely by revenue, but by building long-term careers rooted in integrity, purpose and meaningful impact.
The Role
This is not a traditional talent management role.
We're looking for someone who has significant experience managing purpose-led talent and who is comfortable navigating opportunities across commercial, academic, charity and public sector organisations.
Alongside managing opportunities, you'll act as a trusted advisor to our talent, helping them make decisions that balance commercial success with their values, wellbeing and long-term career goals.
You'll be responsible for managing relationships with both talent and clients, negotiating contracts, identifying new opportunities and ensuring every partnership reflects the standards and ethos of Bee Influence.
You will be supported by an experienced PA who has been with Bee Influence for almost 2 years and is able to support you with day to day tasks including client engagement, contract reviews, keeping talent up to date with campaign dates, updating diaries, helping to coordinate schedules and invoicing.
Key Responsibilities
Ethical Partnership Screening
A core part of this role is assessing whether opportunities genuinely align with both Bee Influence's values and those of our talent.
You'll be expected to investigate opportunities beyond the surface level, including:
You don't need to be a climate/nature policy expert, but you should naturally ask questions, research organisations thoroughly and feel confident recommending that an opportunity should not proceed where appropriate. This is nuanced, and every talent, despite them being in a similar climate and nature space, will have their own boundaries. It is your responsibility to balance investigating opportunities against their commerciality, and alignment with the talent’s values.
