Job Title: Talent Acquisition & People Operations Manager

Location: Canada, United Kingdom (Remote)

Contract Duration: 2-month project (pending confirmation)

Compensation: $10,000 CAD (Milestone-based)

Job Description:

Mission:

Recruit exceptional talent globally while creating scalable hiring systems and an outstanding candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end recruitment across all projects and corporate roles.
• Source candidates globally through platforms such as LinkedIn, Wellfound, referrals, and specialist communities.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage ATS and recruitment metrics.
• Build talent pipelines before roles are needed.
• Develop employer branding and recruitment materials.
• Coordinate onboarding with Operations.
• Manage contractor and agency relationships.
• Improve hiring processes and documentation.

Must Have:

• 2+ years in startup or technology recruitment.
• Experience hiring internationally.
• Strong sourcing skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, Workable, etc.).

• Time to hire.
• Quality of hire.
• Offer acceptance rate.
• Cost per hire.
• Candidate experience.
• Diversity of talent pipeline.
• Hiring manager satisfaction.

Work Environment:

• Fully remote position open to candidates in Canada and the United Kingdom.
• 2-month project engagement (pending confirmation).
• Milestone-based compensation ($10,000 CAD).
