What We’re Looking For We’re looking for a Freelance Video & Content Creator to produce short-form, mobile-first video for CXG Learn, our learning platform for luxury and premium brands. Think elevated, engaging, “Insta-story” style learning — theory capsules, client scenarios, and animated formats that feel as premium as the brands we serve. The ideal candidate brings strong visual storytelling, a sharp eye for pacing, and the ability to deliver polished, on-brand video efficiently and at volume. A note on tools: Video production here uses familiar, standard tools — the focus is on quality, consistency, and a natural fit with our mobile-first, premium look and feel. Key Responsibilities Short-Form Video Production Create short learning videos: theory videos, GIF-style videos, avatar videos, and immersive client-scenario videos. Design for mobile first — portrait video, with landscape adaptations where needed. Editing & Motion Handle editing, subtitles, overlays, and motion graphics to a premium standard. Apply consistent transitions, framing, voice, and music aligned to the CXG Learn style. Content Adaptation Adapt and repurpose content across formats, languages, and learning paths. Source or integrate stock and AI-generated visuals where appropriate. Collaboration Work with the marketing and learning teams, iterating quickly through feedback. Apply and help maintain the CXG Learn creative and video guidelines. What will you bring along? Core Skills Strong short-form video and motion design skills with a premium sensibility. Proficiency in editing and motion tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar). Experience with portrait/mobile-first video, subtitles, overlays, and motion graphics. An eye for pacing, rhythm, and visual storytelling. Proficient French speaker Bonus: avatar-based content, AI video tools, or sound design. Experience 3+ years producing short-form video or motion content, ideally for premium or digital-first brands. A showreel or portfolio demonstrating polished, on-brand video. E-learning or luxury/retail experience is a plus. Behavioural Attributes Efficient and organized, comfortable managing volume with consistent quality. Proactive and adaptable in a remote, deadline-driven environment. Collaborative, with strong communication and attention to detail. A passion for continuous learning and emerging content trends.
