💼 Position: Freight Broker (US Logistics)

📍 Location: Mohali

🕒 Shift: US Shift (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST)

💼 Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent | Hybrid | Commission-Based

📈 Experience: 2 to 5 years

✅ Key Skills Required

• Drayage
• Strong understanding of:
• OTR (Over-the-Road)
• FTL (Full Truckload)
• LTL (Less-than-Truckload)
• Dispatch Operations
• Ability to negotiate competitive freight rates with shippers and carriers.
• Experience coordinating shipments, tracking loads, and resolving transit-related issues.
• Knowledge of freight documentation, including Rate Confirmations, PODs (Proof of Delivery), and invoices.
• Understanding of US transportation and freight regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and cold-calling skills.

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

• Existing network of shippers and carriers.
• Experience in lead generation and business development.
• Knowledge of freight billing and invoicing processes.
