About the Role

Marble Gate Logistics LLC is a fast-growing U.S.-based freight brokerage seeking experienced Freight Brokers who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional service to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage freight from booking through delivery.
• Negotiate rates with carriers and customers.
• Coordinate Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, LTL, and other freight.
• Track shipments and resolve service issues proactively.
• Build strong relationships with customers and carriers.
• Meet performance and revenue goals while maintaining high service standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of U.S. freight brokerage experience. (not hiring freshers)
• Strong understanding of the U.S. transportation market.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with DAT, Carrier 411, TMS platforms, and other load boards.
• Ability to work independently during U.S. business hours.
• Reliable high-speed internet, dedicated home office.

Preferred

• Experience handling multiple freight modes.
• Existing carrier network.
• Candidates with proven shipper acquisition experience and existing shipper portfolio only.
