Remote Bilingual French Customer Service Representative
Location: 100% Remote
Job Type: 3+ Month Contract-to-Hire
Schedule: Full-Time
About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Bilingual French Customer Service Representative to join a remote customer support team. In this role, you will assist customers with insurance-related questions and documentation associated with auto loans and leases. This position is focused on providing information, resolving issues, and ensuring customer records remain accurate and up to date.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy helping customers, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are comfortable spending much of their day on the phone.
This role does not involve sales or collections.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls throughout the day.
- Assist customers in resolving insurance-related issues, including missing documentation, policy cancellations, coverage discrepancies, and payment-related concerns.
- Contact insurance providers to verify policy information and obtain required documentation.
- Clearly explain insurance requirements and next steps to customers.
- Accurately document customer interactions and updates within internal systems.
- Leave professional, scripted messages when customers or insurance representatives are unavailable.
- Follow established procedures, compliance guidelines, and quality standards.
- Meet productivity, attendance, and performance expectations.
- Maintain a positive, professional customer experience on every interaction.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in both French and English (written and verbal).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
- Call center

- Hospitality/restaurant
- Office support
- Data entry
- Other customer-facing environments
- Ability to type at least 30 words per minute.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable spending the majority of the workday on the phone.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Positive attitude and professional phone presence.
- Stable work history.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous call center experience.
- Experience handling a high volume of calls.
- Customer support or customer service background.
- Experience working with CRM or web-based systems.
- Financial services or insurance industry experience.
- Experience working with scripts and performance metrics.
Training
New hires will participate in a comprehensive paid training program that includes:
- Classroom-style instruction
- System training
- Job shadowing
- Supervised call handling
- Ongoing coaching and support
Candidates must successfully complete a training assessment to transition into their assigned schedule.
Training Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM CST
Available Schedules
- Monday through Friday: 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM CST
- Tuesday through Friday: 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM CST, and Saturday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM CST

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Houston, TX.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
