What you will do: Provide customer support through chat, email and phone channels , assisting customers with their questions and requests; Handle inbound customer inquiries during evening/night shifts and provide timely, helpful solutions; Assist customers with charger-related issues , including basic troubleshooting of hardware and software problems; Support customers with refund requests and guide them through the necessary steps; Document customer interactions accurately and follow established support processes; Escalate more complex issues when needed to ensure proper resolution; What you need to succeed in this role: Excellent English and French communication skills (C1 for both spoken and written) ; Proven previous experience in Customer Support, with experience handling chats, emails and calls; Availability to work night shifts in a part-time position, with 6-hour shifts; Strong written and verbal communication skills; Customer-focused mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach; Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers through solutions; Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple customer requests; Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced support environment; Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload); Benefits: Fixed schedule with two different options: 24 hours per week: Thursday–Friday, 03:00–09:00 and Saturday–Sunday, 21:00–03:00 (CET); 30 hours per week: Monday–Friday, 20:00–02:00 or Saturday–Wednesday, 02:00–08:00 (CET); Opportunity to cooperate fully remotely; Inclusive international environment; Compensation in USD; Rewards for referring friends; Responsive leadership interested in your development and long-lasting cooperation; Greenhouse conditions for self-development; A culture built on trust, with no time-tracking requirements; *The items listed in this section may vary depending on the terms of your engagement.
