Responsibilities:
As an French Speaking Advisor you will have the responsibilities below:
Assist viewers through phone and/or chat regarding different queries
Provide account and application support to viewers namely with regard to software functionality
Provide technical support and troubleshoot system configurations and network settings
Provide accurate and real-time responses to the viewer’s inquiries.
To be selected as an French Speaking Advisor, you need to have the requirements below:
Have a native level of French (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2)
Are passionate about entertainment and media enterprise
Have excellent communication skills coupled with empathy, team spirit and customer-oriented
Have familiarity with digital streaming services and devices
Be eligible to work in Portugal by either having EU passport or valid work permit to work legally in the country.

Base Salary: 895€ gross per month per 14 months
Performance Bonuses: 100 euros gross per month - 12 payments per year.
Transport allowance - 20 euros per month
Meal allowance - 7.23 euros per working day
