This role involves providing customer support for a leading European financial services and online payment platform dedicated to freelancers and small and medium-sized enterprises.

Your responsibilities:

• Provide support to French-speaking customers via phone and email.
• Identify customers' needs and deliver excellent service.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide accurate information.
• Process customer requests and maintain records.
• Follow company procedures and quality standards.

Our expectations:

• Fluent French level (min C2)
• Good command of English.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Previous experience in customer support is an advantage.

Salary and benefits:

• €1,050 gross/month.
• 2 extra salaries per year.
• €100 monthly welcome bonus during the first 12 months.
• 10% monthly performance bonus.

Main duties:

Training:
