About the Project

Join a customer support team serving one of the world's leading e-commerce and online retail platforms.

You will assist customers with questions related to orders, deliveries, returns and product information, helping to ensure a smooth and positive shopping experience. The focus of this role is providing friendly, efficient and high-quality customer service.

As a Customer Support Representative, you will:

• Support of all customers' requests in German by chat and phone
• Maintain solid customer relationships by handling their inquiries and concerns (orders, returns, product-related inquiries and account issues)
• Deliver friendly and professional customer service
• Answers questions like: Where is my order? / How can I can a refund? / What are your shipping options and delivery times?

Attractive Salary Package

• Base salary: 1200€ gross/month
• Performance bonus: up to 120€ gross/month
• Anniversary bonus: 500€ (once every 12 months)
• 2 extra salaries per year (+2400€ gross)

What We Expect

• Fluent German (C2 level)
• English B1 or higher (for internal communication only)
• Stable and fast (LAN) internet connection at home
• Residence in Greece
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in Customer Support or any Client-related area is a big plus!
• Interest in working in an international environment
